5 Ways to Wellbeing workshops for carers

The 5 Ways to wellbeing is a four hour workshop which aims to support and contribute to the wellbeing of carer communities.

During the workshop participants will learn ideas about practical skills on improving wellbeing and giving attention to various areas of their identity. 

The Wellbeing team at Carers SA (Estela, Kendall and Cathryn)  will be delivering the 5 ways to wellbeing across metropolitan and regional SA. This content includes sharing interactive activities and exploring self-care. It also looks at practical ways that carers can take part in, or make small steps towards their own wellbeing.


The 5 ways to wellbeing shares tools and builds on carer skills and opportunities to improve physical, emotional and mental wellbeing.

These skills are transferrable in community across families,  work, volunteering, recreational, social, faith and across relationships.


Carers SA will provide lunch and the venue, there is no cost in participating. This is an opportunity for carers to make connections, share experiences and participate in an interactive skills building workshop.
