Co-design is involving and engaging with groups who are affected by a particular project.
Using codesign principles leads to a collaborative and inclusive approach and promotes an inclusive workplace.

This is a great professional development opportunity to strengthen personal and professional learnings around co-design.
It is ideal for Social Workers, Support Workers, Allied Health professionals, Health Professionals, Public Sector employees, Developmental Educators and anyone with interest or roles around intellectual disability, inclusion and co-design.
Our Co-Design training is co-presented with a person with intellectual disability.
They give valued insight and advice with their lived experience.
