Expressions of Interest are now open to join the SACID SA Reference Group.
The Reference Group is a sub-committee of the SACID Board.
Reference Group members:

- Give advice to the Board about what is important to people with intellectual disability.

- Give feedback on SACID projects.

- Share their personal experiences and ideas.
Melinda and Kym are both members of the Reference Group.
Melinda says:
“It has been a good experience to be involved in SACID’s governance.”
Kym says:
“I joined the Reference Group because I was interested in being part of a group and I have a passion for making change for people with disability.”
Who can apply?
You can apply to join the Reference Group if you:

- Are 18 years old or older.
-
- Are a person with intellectual disability.
-
- Live in South Australia.
