PAST PROJECTS

My Life My Choices project was funded by the NDIA through an Information, Linkages and Capacity Building grant.

We worked together with the NSW Council for Intellectual Disability (CID).

This project used co-design to make resources for Supported Decision Making.

Most information about Supported Decision Making has been made for the supporter. This project focused on Supported Decision Making from the perspective of the person with intellectual disability.

Workshops and resources from this project helped people with intellectual disability to learn about their right to speak up and give feedback to their disability service providers.

You have the right to complain if you are not getting good quality or safe services.

This project also helped providers to think about their feedback processes and how to make them more accessible.

Your Service, Your Rights was a project funded by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.

We worked together with the NSW Council for Intellectual Disability (CID).

You can get Your Service, Your Rights resources from the NSW CID website here.
